Welcome to Always Care Senior Services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Services
Always Care Senior Services provides licensed non-medical in-home care in accordance with Florida's Homemaker and Companion Services regulations. Our services include companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, errands, and other non-clinical support. We do not provide hands-on personal care or medical services.
2. Eligibility
Clients must be age 18 or older or have a legal guardian authorized to engage services on their behalf. A service agreement must be signed prior to beginning care.
3. Service Agreements
Clients will receive a customized care plan outlining services, frequency, fees, and scheduling. Agreements are reviewed regularly and may be updated with mutual consent. All services are subject to availability.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule services to avoid being charged. Short-notice cancellations may incur a service fee of 10 %  as outlined in your care agreement.
5. Payments and Billing
Payments are due based on the agreed billing cycle (weekly or monthly). We accept major credit cards, checks, and ACH bank transfers. Invoices must be paid before services are rendered, non-payment may result in service suspension.
6. Confidentiality and Privacy
We are committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of all client information. Personal data is handled in compliance with HIPAA standards and Florida privacy laws. For more details, see our [Privacy Policy].
7. Caregiver Conduct
Our caregivers are background-screened and trained to deliver professional, respectful, and compassionate service. If you ever have concerns about care delivery, please contact our office immediately.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients (or family members) must provide a safe and appropriate home environment. Clients are expected to treat caregivers respectfully and comply with agreed-upon care plans.
9. Limitation of Liability
Always Care Senior Services shall not be liable for damages resulting from delays, acts of God, unforeseen health events, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
